Well I have been slacking a lot and not keeping up on this so I thought I better at least update a bit.

Life has been crazy lately I have 2 kids playing 2 different sports Nick is in Football and Cy is in Basketball usually I have a game or practice or both or 2 of the same everyday but Sunday. Plus school has obviously started back up so we have that and I have work back up again so yes I am exhausted. UGH

At anyrate it is going well Nick has had 4 games so far 1 loss 2 wins and 1 tie. Cy has had 2 games so far 1 loss and one win!! They are doing great though and having a blast and that is all that matters.

Work is going well but we lost 2 people this year so we have had lots of subs. One of the new girls Melissa who I know started last week I like her and she seems to be doing really well I hope she stay's around. The other new person starts on Tuesday this week I hope she works out. The new thing they decided to do this year is rotate the three of us part timers so we won't be stuck in the same job all the time. I personally think it will be a good thing I hope the others feel the same way.

Seth has been working a lot of OT trying to pay some stuff off and hopefully get another used but good vehicle that he can take to work that is good on fuel and isn't as cold as our old Ford so we can put the old Ford down for some work and get it ready for Cy when he is old enough to drive that is what he want's so we need it nice and reliable for our kids.

Anyway I think that is about it ( I think it is enough) for now. Just a little update hope your all doing well too!!

Until next time I am out.........

Well today was scary. My youngest Nick if anyone reads this knows that both boys got their tonsils out. Well one of the possible side effects is bleeding only a 5% chance of that, so when the scabs fall off they start bleeding again. Well Nick was in that 5% he started bleeding today not just a little blood in his spit I mean LOTS of blood pouring out of his mouth like water it was a very scary 5 or so mins. Thank goodness a little cold water and it re-clotted. So all better for now I hope it doesn't happen again. I was really stressed. Ok another day down almost. Few!!

Well I have been slacking on this Blog thing. LOL At any rate a lot of stuff going on.

Last week on Tuesday my boys both finally got their tonsils and adenoids out. I went to a different ENT and he took them out. He said he was glad he did because they had deceptively large Tonsils. They are doing great now still whinning once in awhile but for the most part doing well.

Last Friday night we had a Great friend die in a Car accident he was only 30yrs old. R.I.P. Coop you will always be remembered fondly and we will love you forever. Can't wait to ride with you on the other side.

Needless to say it has been a very rough week for me. I am really not liking March anymore. We used to have really bad luck in February now it seems to have moved to March. Great. :(

Easter is upon us and I am so not ready gonna go spend Sunday with my mom and family a nice Ham dinner it will be nice. I hope.

I went to the Dr. for my finger that I thought I just dislocated. Well I did just dislocate it but it caused my tendands (sp) to go to either side of my finger instead of running over the top of it so since I waited so long to get it checked out it isn't just a minor problem anymore and I have to go to SLC to get surgery done to make it straighten again. GREAT can't wait. UGH. O well I am sure I will probably get better care in SLC anyway.

Ok well off for 9 days with my boys can't wait to sleep in. I hope they let me.

Thanks for reading if anyone is. LOL

Well to add to last time I was here I took both boys to the ENT this week and he decided that neither of them need their tonsils out at this time. WTF if I say take them out why not just take my money and take them out. I don't get it. He said they both have huge glands and that is a sign of getting tonsillitis a lot but because it isn't documented apparently they need more signs of infection before he will take them out. STUPID!! It's like he is saying I want them to get sick more before I will take them out why do my kids need to get sick more before he will take them out.

Ok sorry I had to Rant for a second. LOL

Well nothing to exciting has happened this week. A year ago on March 3rd my Dad died so it was a rough week for me. And tonight my little one Nick had a rough night he came out of his room crying and telling me how much he misses Grandpa and wishes he was still alive. He has such a big heart he is a great kid and I am such a proud mom to have him and so lucky he is mine. I have a song that reminds me of my dad and it is by Nickelback called Never gonna be alone. If you get a chance listen to it I cry almost everytime. But it is now me and Dad's song. I love you Dad and miss you so much. Thanks for everything you have ever done for me and for making me the Woman I am today.

Ok I think that is all for now. I need to stop. So until next time. Love you all!!

Just another week

Well this week my little guy Nick has not been feeling well took him to the Dr. Yesterday and he has Strep he has been sick about every month this year. So I made appointments for both of my boys to get their tonsils out.

Cy, not many know but he has ADHD he is a great kid but I really hate the fact that I have to give him meds to help him be that great kid. I have been reading so many studies that are starting to show that there could be something with tonsils that have a connection with ADHD. So I talked to his Dr. And she has heard and seen some studies on it also. Also talked to his Teacher and she has done her own independent study and has noticed huge differences in kids after they get their tonsils out. Could this just be a coincidence yes but if I never have to give my son a med for that again I would be a very happy mom.

We were suppose to go to Winnemucca today to do a little riding and watch Spring Creek in Zone Basketball. Well since Nick is sick I stayed home and let Seth take my bike riding. He works hard and he deserves a break.

Some also know I have been changing my life a bit. Trying to be more healthy. Well this week I refuse to weigh in. But in the last 4 weeks I lost 20lbs I am very happy about that but everyone has bad weeks and I think this was mine I will do better next week. I wasn't terrible this week but I am in charge so no weigh in. LOL

I had my second to last basketball game this week I love this game. We only had 6 players and there were about 6 mins left in the first half when I jammed my finger. I said ouch but felt fine until someone asked if I was ok, I looked down at my finger and my pinky and it looked like the letter Z it was gross. So I popped it back in (I just dislocated it) And played all but the last 3 mins of the first half and came back in the second half and played the whole second half. My finger bruised up pretty bad and swelled really good but it will be ok with time. One more game next week on Wednesday than my games are over I am so sad about that. But Seth said he would start playing with me so that is great. WOOHOO!!!

Ok I think I bored everyone out of their minds enough for today so until next week have a great one all who decide to follow me on this blog.

A little insite about us.

Ok well like it already says we are a very cozy little family of 4. Which includes Me (Tracy), Seth, Cy and Nick. I have the best family ever!!!

I am a lunch lady yes I have heard the Adam Sadler song. LOL My husband is a Heavy equipment mechanic at a gold mine here in Northern Nevada.

My boys are in elementary school Cy is in 3rd grade and Nick is in 1st.

We do a lot of stuff as a family one thing we do most as a family is we go to the Dunes Sand Dunes. We love sand. I have a Honda 450 quad, Seth is in between quads dirtbikes right now. He may end up with his old dirtbike or he may end up with another quad he hasn't made up his mind yet. Cy has a Raptor 250, and Nick has a LT80. We as a family have a Rhino that we can all go for a ride in. We love the Sand!!

The whole point to this blog is to kind of show off pics and share out trips as a family. Probably a little personal info along the way also so that we can get to know each other. ;) If anyone out there has something they would be interested in sharing or would like to talk about bring it up. I love to help people and I do it often.

I come from a great family when my mom and dad were married my mom already had 2 kids my brother Todd and my sister Marcy. My dad adopted them and treated them as his own no one could ever tell him they weren't his what a great dad to be able to do that. Than they had me and my two little sisters.

Last year we lost my dad complications from a liver transplant. That was the darkest day in my life. Next month he will be gone a year. He was a great man and will be remembered by many fondly.

My mom is the best person ever she has a kind heart and loves everyone. Sometimes she cares to much and does more for people than she should but that is her.

I feel I have some good and some bad from both my mom and dad and I love the parts that make me, me that I got from them.

Well that is the little intro for now. I will try to do better next time. Hope you all enjoy this blog and can find something that will help you all in your life one way or another.

Thanks for reading. Until next time. :)
